i keep wanting to do those game jams things and i start writing concepts and making prototypes but i always, inevitably end up going “ugh you know what i’m already barely able to do actual work i don’t need more things to procrastinate on” and then i just give up

like. there was a ludum dare recently about “unconventional weapons” and i had this neat platformer idea about how you’re a chill mom who must find her kids and each kid acts as a different weapon or utility skill like there’s the KID YOU CAN THROW AT ENEMIES and the GOOEY KID THAT STICKS TO WALLS and the KID THAT EATS EVERYTHING and i really hate how lazy i get sometimes
